Canada's Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) continues to invite candidates in the latest Express Entry draw of 2023. In an all-program draw, 2,000 candidates were issued invitations to apply with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 517.

July 11-12: A category-based selection draw for French-speaking candidates resulted in 3,800 invitations to apply, with a remarkably low minimum CRS score of 375.
July 11: Another all-program draw invited 800 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 505.
July 4-7: Four consecutive days of draws started with an unexpected all-program draw that invited 700 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 511, the highest for an all-program draw in 2023.
July 5: A previously announced category-based selection draw for STEM candidates invited 500 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 486.
July 6: The second round of invitations for healthcare professionals saw 1,500 candidates invited with a minimum CRS of 463.
July 7: 2,300 invitations were issued to French-speaking candidates with a minimum CRS score of 439.
June 27-28: Two draws took place, first an all-program draw inviting 4,300 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 486, followed by the first-ever category-based selection draw for healthcare professionals with a minimum CRS score of 476.
