Draws From the Express Entry Pool
Express Entry is a mechanism used by IRCC to choose applicants for immigration to Canada under the following economic immigration programmes, not an immigration programme in and of itself.
Express Entry draws for the Federal Skilled Trades Canadian Experience Class may be general, in which case candidates eligible for any federal economic immigration programme may be chosen solely on the basis of their CRS score, or program-specific, in which case the government of Canada will choose candidates for just one of the federal economic immigration programmes.
